Financial Analysts

As a Financial Analyst in the shared service center of the global Group Controlling Team, your role involves supporting the top management with financial analyses and presentations. Your responsibilities include: - Improving and maintaining standard management reports for the Top Management Team and the Business Areas, mostly Excel-based. - Handling ad-hoc requests from the management team. - Processing data by checking completeness, consolidating, etc., and publishing global management reports such as sales, profit, working capital, investment, and headcount. - Creating and updating management presentations, including Board meeting presentations. - Ensuring compliance with all Group reporting guidelines. - Providing support to the global finance community in case of questions. To excel in this role, we expect you to have: - A Bachelor's degree in business administration or business informatics with a focus on accounting/controlling and relevant working experience in Controlling/financial reporting/FP&A. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel. - IT affinity, experience with Oracle HFM reporting tool is a plus. - A structured, independent, and reliable way of working. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Very good command of English, both written and spoken. - Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
