As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting to support client engagements and strategic decisions. Your role will involve building and maintaining robust financial models to evaluate business performance, delivering accurate forecasts, and identifying cost optimization opportunities. You will also analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact client projects. In addition, you will create and present compelling, client-tailored financial reports and dashboards, as well as lead and mentor a small team to ensure project alignment and success. Your qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (an MBA or certification like CFA/CA is preferred), along with 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or consulting. You should possess strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling tools, and excellent communication skills for client presentations. A willingness to work in Surat and travel locally as needed is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting. - Build and maintain robust financial models for business performance evaluation. - Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend operational improvements. - Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact client projects. - Create and present client-tailored financial reports and dashboards. - Lead and mentor a small team for project alignment and success.
