Financial Analyst - Consolidation

Role Overview: As a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Analyst, your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of consolidated financials with all notes and disclosures in accordance with IFRS. You will play a key role in streamlining processes for quarterly closure and reporting financials for the group. Additionally, you will be involved in liaising with auditors for annual audit procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis under IFRS, including detailed disclosures and notes - Coordinating with auditors for the annual audit procedure of the group - Supporting the preparation of consolidated financial results at the ultimate group level - Conducting analysis, presenting results, and providing recommendations to support decision-making - Preparing Quarterly financial review reports for the Group, discussing operational results, financial analysis, liquidity, and capital resources Qualifications Required: - CA / CPA / CFA/ CMA/ICWAI with a consistent academic record Additional Details: The company values building good relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of tasks and timely deliverables.
