Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  
• Assist in variance analysis and identifying key drivers impacting financial performance.
  
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
  
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  
• Assist in process improvements and automation of financial workflows.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to work night shift hours.
