Job Description

As a Financial Relationship Manager at IMMPL Wealth Management, you will be responsible for accurately analyzing the financial needs of both new and existing clients. Your role will involve handling sales administration tasks such as pricing, query resolution, internal documentation, and fostering strong relationships with the operations team to ensure the seamless management of client accounts. Your key responsibilities will include identifying client needs and offering appropriate financial planning assistance and asset allocation in collaboration with our Research & Financial Planner team. It will be essential for you to expand existing client relationships, enhance client satisfaction, reinforce client commitment, retain clients, and increase revenue for IMMPL Wealth Management. Additionally, acquiring new clients will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to drive revenue growth. Providing clients with recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, and other financial strategies to help them achieve their financial goals will be a significant part of your job. Furthermore, implementing financial planning recommendations, regularly reviewing clients" accounts and plans, and reassessing plans when necessary due to life changes, economic factors, or financial performance will be vital tasks. Managing client portfolios encompassing various financial products like insurance, mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate, and fixed income instruments will be a core part of your responsibilities. Keeping client plans updated, preparing and interpreting investment performance reports, financial summaries, and income projections for clients, as well as collaborating with different teams within the organization such as Research, Financial Planning, Insurance, and Operations to ensure timely information delivery to clients, will also be part of your duties. Your qualifications should include a comprehensive understanding of finance and financial terms, along with a passion for networking, maintaining relationships, and a natural inclination towards customer service. Strong conversational and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to display leadership qualities will be essential for excelling in this role. This position requires 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and relationship management. The salary range for this role is between 7 Lac to 20 Lac per annum. The industry focus is on Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Telecaller services, while the desired qualification is a Professional Degree. Key skills for this role include Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Relationship Management, BFSI knowledge, leadership capabilities, financial reporting expertise, and strong analytical skills.,
