About the Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Financial Advisor to lead our organization’s financial strategy, planning, and advisory functions. This is a key leadership role focused on strengthening financial governance, driving business performance, and supporting sustainable growth through data-backed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business consulting—capable of transforming complex financial data into clear insights that guide executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, and scenario-based analysis) to support strategic decisions.
• Deliver financial advisory and insights to senior management for informed planning and execution.
• Lead financial consulting and analysis projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting across departments.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards for data-driven business management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or senior financial management.
• Proven ability to lead financial planning, strategy formulation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics platforms.
