Job Description

You are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused Financial Advisor to join the team at IMMPL Wealth Management. This role offers exposure to sales, client relationship management, and financial planning, allowing you to grow both professionally and personally in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand client needs and provide tailored financial planning guidance, including asset allocation recommendations, with support from the Research & Financial Planning teams. - Expand and nurture existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure retention, and drive revenue growth while acquiring new clients. - Build and deepen relationships with HNI clients to identify opportunities for increased engagement and revenue. - Advise clients on strategies for cash management, insurance, investments, and other financial goals. - Implement financial planning recommendations and regularly review client portfolios to adjust for life changes, economic shifts, or performance updates. - Manage diverse client portfolios including insurance, mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate, and fixed income instruments. - Keep client plans up-to-date and prepare reports such as investment performance summaries, financial document interpretations, and income projections. - Collaborate with Research, Financial Planning, Insurance, and Operations teams to ensure timely information flow to clients. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. **Applicant Requirements:** - Experience: 3-10 years in Investment Advisory, Financial Advisory, or Fund Management within financial services. - Education: Degree preferred; AFP/CFP certification advantageous for freshers. - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. - Passion for networking, meeting clients, and maintaining long-term relationships. - Mobility: Willingness to travel within the city. - Leadership: Experience in team handling is a plus for senior advisors.
