● Ensure that fleet operations team, SPros are able to give superior customer experience without any complaints from Customers.
● Customer Follow up with Zero escalations.● Customer MIS Updates on daily Basis● Spros &Vehicle On time Reports to Customer Point.● DayEndupdate completed task and pending task with remarks● Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly. ● Handle Customer Escalations or other communications.● Keep the Customer MIS updated with latest information to handle any customer queries or escalation
