We are having opening for our WELLKNOWN client in to Finance Supervisor in to Kattupalli Chennai Location

It's a 1 year of contract and further extendable candidate will be on our payroll i.e on M.M.K payroll.

Finance Supervisor

Kattupalli (Chennai)

8- 10 hrs Shift ( OT- Will get Comp off)

1,800 Accommodation Allowances Provided by client

Local transportation will be provided by client

1.5 days Paid leaves Monthly after Completion of Probation Period.

6 days working Sunday OFF

Managing daily financial operations, supervises accounting staff, ensures compliance, and prepares reports, overseeing AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions and maintain financial health, requiring strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership for accurate financial reporting and process improvement.

Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in finance/accounting, often 3-5 years.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERPs (Oracle), MS Excel, data analysis tools (Power BI, Google Sheets).

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate financial staff (e.g., accounting specialists).

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries, and month-end close processes.

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets), variance analysis, and reports for management; analyze data for trends and improvements.

• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP), internal controls, and financial regulations.

• Develop, implement, and optimize financial policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency. Coordinate with other departments, external auditors, and senior management.
