Job Description

The job involves overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of a corporate credit card program. This includes processing new card applications, renewals, and terminations, as well as monitoring and tracking card usage to ensure compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for reviewing expense reports and supporting documentation for policy compliance, resolving cardholder inquiries, and troubleshooting issues with card transactions. Additionally, you will provide training to cardholders on proper card usage and expense submission procedures. Your role will also involve generating and analyzing spending reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings, maintaining an accurate cardholder database and documentation, and collaborating with Accounting and Finance departments for proper expense coding and allocation. Implementing fraud prevention measures, investigating suspicious transactions, staying current on card program updates, and communicating changes to cardholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Periodic audits will be conducted to ensure adherence to internal controls and policies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative knowledge, communication, and analytical skills. Ideally, you should have 7 to 10 years of working experience in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
