Job Description

In this role as a Project Manager within the Finance Project Team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects that enhance functionality and reporting provided by existing corporate reporting platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting specific workstreams within individual projects and assisting in the development and deployment of the Strategic Operating model - Collaborating with sub-working groups or creating key project deliverables such as data analysis, process flows, RACI diagrams, and communications to support the development of the strategic operating model - Assisting key working groups in the remediation of key program issues or risks to closure - Partnering with external operational leadership, functional SMEs, key stakeholders, and consumers in the design and implementation of the global operating model for operations - Developing end-to-end change management plans to transition from the current state to the target operating model - Maintaining project plans, metrics, risk/issues on a day-to-day basis and providing project status reports/updates to the organization and senior management - Providing project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects and managing communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through scorecards - Offering business and data analysis to large, cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project-related materials Qualifications, capabilities, and skills required for this role include: - 4+ years of project management experience - Experience in developing project plans, business analysis, and their execution - Experience in operational, process, or organizational design and related change management activities - Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail with the ability to synthesize and summarize complex data or findings to drive decision-making - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, and accountability - Effective interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills - Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, and partner with key stakeholders to advance project agenda - Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Additionally, if you have Finance, Accounting, or Risk experience, it would be considered a plus.,
