Finance Operations Lead (US Accounting)

About the Company

Victory Solutions Group LLC is a US based Finance & Accounting consulting firm with its India operations headquartered in Bangalore. We partner with U.S.-based clients across industries like wellness, healthcare, insurance, and technology, managing their accounting books, monthly close, and financial reporting.

We are expanding our India delivery team to support our growing client base and are looking for self-driven accounting professionals who can independently manage U.S. client books under US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for U.S.-based clients on a month-over-month (MoM) basis.
  
• Maintain books of accounts and perform daily journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  
• Handle client communication and email tickets related to accounting, reporting, and queries.
  
• Perform Bank Reconciliations (BRS), Balance Sheet reconciliations, and periodic review of GL accounts.
  
• Generate and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
  
• Work on QBO (QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MSDBC) for bookkeeping and reporting.
  
• Prepare dashboards and variance reports using Power BI or Excel.
  
• Drive process improvements, automation, and accuracy in reporting.
  
• Interact directly with U.S. clients on daily/weekly calls to review deliverables and resolve issues.
  
• Manage assigned team members and ensure all deliverables are completed within TAT (Turnaround Time).
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
  
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), MS Dynamics Business Central, and Power BI.
  
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction (verbal & written).
  
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  
• Exposure to automation tools and process optimization preferred.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  
• Team management and mentoring experience is a plus.
  

Work Environment

• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Remote-flexible)
  
• Shift: US shift (2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
  
• Reports To: Senior Manager Accounting & FP&A
