Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead Revenue reporting workstream. Ensure proper review controls and procedures are in place for Revenue reporting. Lead monthly close activities related to Revenue journal entries and monthly Revenue reporting. Ensure proper integration between Revenue, ACV and COS workstreams. Lead transformation of workstream to leverage existing technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI to remove and reduce manual processes that currently rely on excel. Support overall business unit reporting requirements. Develop knowledge and understanding of the financial systems that are critical to the reporting process. Prepare analysis for ad hoc requests and special projects and provide direct support to Finance Director responsible for the overall Revenue and ACV team. Provide thorough and accurate responses to senior management and business leads inquires. Performs ad hoc analyses as requested to help management make informed decisions regarding the short- and long-term objectives of the business. Alert management to reporting or operational problems and suggest actionable solutions. What Were Looking For: Basic RequiredQualifications: Bachelors Degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public or private accounting, or within a finance department. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an accounting or finance department. Proven experience managing the end-to-end process of revenue contracts. In-depth knowledge of subscription revenue models. Comprehensive understanding of SOX controls, with a focus on process flow. Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives; quick thinker and resourceful. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to operational and financial challenges. Demonstrated research and analytical skills, providing the leadership team with precise and insightful interpretations of financial data. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion), EPM (Smart View), Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Tableau or Power BI, and Alteryx. CPA certification is preferred. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, coupled with an inquisitive mindset. Capability to work independently while being an effective team player.
