The ideal candidate for this position should be located in Chandigarh, Mohali, Patiala, or nearby areas. Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. - Maintaining accurate financial records using Zoho Books and Xero accounting software. - Utilizing Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management. - Ensuring adherence to Income Tax and GST compliances. Qualifications and Skills: - Must be a CA, with a minimum experience of 2-3 years in the IT Service Industry. - Proficiency in Zoho Books and Xero. - Strong knowledge of Income Tax and GST frameworks. - Excellent command of MS Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and financial models. - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
