About Us

We are a rapidly growing infrastructure platform focused on renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro, pumped storage, green hydrogen) and data center development across India. As we scale, we are actively raising capital across equity, debt, and InvIT structures to fund our next phase of growth. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate to support our investments, fundraising, and capital markets initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• • Support end-to-end equity and debt fundraising across project and platform levels

• • Prepare high-quality investor materials including teasers, pitch decks, and info memos

• • Build and manage financial models for capital raising, M&A, and strategic planning

• • Coordinate with investment banks, lenders, legal advisors, and internal teams during transactions

• • Conduct market research, track sectoral trends, and prepare valuation and benchmarking analyses

• • Manage investor data rooms, due diligence processes, and internal stakeholder coordination

• • Assist in evaluating inorganic opportunities and structuring capital solutions

• • Prepare internal strategy decks and board-level presentations

Qualifications

• • MBA in Finance or Strategy from a top-tier institution

• • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or project finance

• • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• • Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create investor-grade presentations

• • Understanding of capital markets, fundraising processes, and transaction dynamics

• • Prior exposure to infrastructure, renewable energy, or data center sectors is a strong plus

• • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
