Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, your role will involve overseeing financial management activities such as forecasting, budgeting, cost control, accounts management, banking liaison, and MIS reporting. With a strong background in finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization through strategic planning and sound financial decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and monitoring financial plans, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also be involved in managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance against budget targets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in finance. You should possess a deep understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This is a full-time position with a fixed day shift schedule. The work location for this role is in person.
