Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at this company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include financial planning & budgeting, financial reporting & analysis, tax planning & compliance, salary, incentive & commission calculation coordination, team leadership & development, and financial systems & software management. You will collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external auditors to drive strategic financial decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting. - **Financial Planning & Budgeting**: - Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with strategic goals. - Collaborate with senior management and department heads to set financial targets and allocate resources effectively. - Conduct regular forecasting, provide variance analysis, and recommend cost-saving opportunities. - **Financial Reporting & Analysis**: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Provide detailed financial reports and insights to senior leadership. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and drive decisions. - **Tax Planning & Compliance**: - Ensure compliance with tax laws and oversee timely filing of taxes. - Develop tax-efficient strategies and coordinate with auditors for annual audits. - **Salary, Incentive & Commission Calculation Coordination**: - Oversee processing of monthly salaries, incentives, and bonuses in compliance with policies. - Ensure all structures comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. - **Team Leadership & Development**: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the finance team. - **Financial Systems & Software Management**: - Oversee accounting software to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Recommend system improvements and implement new tools for financial processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally is mandatory. Fluency in Hindi and English is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5 years of finance experience and 4 years of total work experience.,
