Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office

Responsibilities

Financial Planning Analysis (FPA): Develop budgets, forecasts, and track key financial metrics like CAC, LTV, and gross margins.
Accounting Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
Revenue Cost Optimization: Monitor marketing spends, optimize operational costs, and improve profitability.
Cash Flow Working Capital: Manage cash flow, inventory financing, and payment reconciliations.
Fundraising Investor Relations (if applicable): Support financial projections, due diligence, and investor reporting.
Tools Technology: Work with ERP/accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and digital payment platforms (Shopify, Razorpay, PayU).

Skill Sets

CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in finance roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail).
Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Razorpay, Logistics, and digital payment reconciliation is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and operational software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify, etc.).
