Are you a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in finance & accounting? We are looking for a Manager Finance & Accounts to join our team and lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance & accounts operations including books of accounts and financial statements.

Finalize accounts and coordinate with auditors for timely audits.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and provide timely MIS reports.

Manage direct & indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, PF, FCRA).

Handle banking operations, CSR/donation compliance, and insurance coverage.

Drive ERP utilization for finance operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (education/university sector preferred).

Strong analytical, compliance, and data management skills.
