Finance Lead

Role & responsibilities

 Oversee all financial operations- accounting, reconciliation, documentation & reporting

l Prepare and analyse financial statements- P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital reports

l Build and manage financial forecast, budgets and variance analysis.

l Drive gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or blind spots in financial processes

l Work on Dashboard, Cash flow planning and investment insights

l Ensure statutory and internal compliance is always audit ready

Skill Requirement

 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting

l Hands on with Tally, Zoho and advance excel

l Comfortable managing or collaborating with a small team

l Clear understanding of financial reporting, cost control and reconciliation

l Someone whos structured,, analytical and execution focused

l Experience in D2C, consumer goods or retail environment is a plus

l Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
