Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the billing and accounts receivable team.
• Gain exposure to financial processes, especially invoicing and payment tracking.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Function as a bridge between internal teams (sales and community) for billing-related queries.
• Account reconciliation and TDS reconciliation.
• Review of monthly membership invoices and finalization.
• Review of members master data and ensure accuracy of the data.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Take direction from the Team Lead to address all billing related queries.

Education level and desired qualifications

• B. Com or MBA
