Job Description

Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting to: Head of Finance
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual closings.
Assist with tax filings, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial clarity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting or related field
2–4 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
