Finance Executive / Senior Accountant

Role Overview: You are sought after to join VFlowTech (VFT) as a Finance Executive/Senior Accountant based at the Battery Production Site Office in Faridabad, Haryana, Delhi, India. Your role will involve handling financial reporting, compliance, taxation, audit processes, and accounting management in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, book monthly financial entries, and ensure data accuracy - Ensure compliance with reporting standards & SOPs, conduct daily & monthly bank reconciliations, and process reimbursements and fund requests - Handle inter-company & vendor reconciliations, monitor expenditures against budget, and provide support in customs & FEMA-related matters - Assist in monthly financial reporting, inter-department reporting, process and book all vendor & customer invoices, and perform customer and vendor reconciliations - Prepare and file GST & TDS returns, maintain compliance with tax deadlines, and coordinate with tax consultants - Assist in audit preparation (internal & external), support audit findings resolution and compliance, and handle statutory, inventory, and financial audits - Support ERP/automation system implementation, train team members on system usage, and reduce manual errors to improve efficiency - Assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring, support financial budgets, conduct variance analysis, and cost-control initiatives - Ensure adherence to financial regulations & reporting requirements, support compliance audits and staff training - Conduct financial analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor budget vs. actual performance - Handle inventory management, vendor management, and support for customs-related matters, and be willing to travel to other office locations as required Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) - MBA (Finance) or Semi-qualified CA (Inter) preferred - 5-6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry Additional Details of the Company: VFlowTech (VFT) aims to develop the most cost-effective and scalable Vanadium redox flow batteries globally.
