1) FINANCE RELATED DOCUMENTS KEEPING 2) FINANCE RELATED REPORTS PREPERATION 3) MAINTAINING DAILY UPDATION ON LOANS, EMIS, AND CHANGES IN LOANS 4) VISIT TO BANKS / FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS 5) COMMUNICATION TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS FOR PREPERATION OF FINANCE RELATED DOCUMENTS 6) COMMUNICATION TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT FOR IN TIME PAYMENTS OF EMIS & INTERESTS 7) REGULAR CHECK ON CIBIL & CMA REPORTS AND PROVIDE TO SENIOR 8) AND ANY OTHER WORK ALLOTTED BY SENIOR Skillset 1. MBA FINANCE / COMMERCE GRADUATE 2. MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE FINANCE FIELD 3. WELL-VERSED WITH TALLY AND EXCEL 4. CONFIDENT 5.
