Job Title: Financial Products, Insurance, and Banking Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:Mutual Funds and Stocks:

• Manage account opening processes and transactions for mutual funds and stocks.
• Maintain and update records both online and offline on company websites and software such as Wealth Magic.

Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Loans:

• Prepare and submit new applications for fixed deposits, bonds, and loans, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Banking Operations:

• Manage bank-related tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of commission statements and ensure proper reconciliation.

Insurance (Life, Health, and General):

• Assist clients with selecting and applying for life, health, and general insurance policies.
• Process new insurance applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle policy renewals, claims processing, and customer queries related to insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions and commissions.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update records for all financial products and insurance services on company websites and software such as Wealth Magic.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all platforms.

Customer Support:

• Provide customer support and servicing for mutual funds, stocks, fixed deposits, bonds, loans, and insurance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Advanced Excel.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
