Finance Executive

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Accounting

a. Capital transactions (involves Rentable and Non Rentable Assets purchased, etc )

b. Expense transactions (eg. Packing Materials, Conveyance etc)

c. Balance Sheet Entries

d. TDS Payments and fi ling of returns

e. Customer reconciliation ( Revenue and payments will be upload centrally)

f. GST Reconciliation with Vendor Filing Details

g. Others

2. Verification and Audit :

h. GST audit of location/state and coordination of data centrally

i. Contract Labour with the data sheets/ Timesheet/ attendance register maintained by Warehouse Operations team and cross-verifi cation of the records with Vendor Invoices

j. Transportation records with the Trip Sheets/Software Reports (Intuigne Technologies) generated and maintained by Warehouse Operations team and cross-verifi cation of the records with Vendor Invoices

k. PF records and registration, payment and other fi ling related compliance

3. Verifi cation of all invoices before accounting with respect to the following (This will get implemented city-wise)

l. Adherence to approval - PO/E-Mail

m. GST Compliance

n. Agreement and commercial acceptance

o. Others (eg. Short receipt, QC issues)

4. Updation of WMS with relevant accounting information for each GR Done. (for example, Accounted Date, Accounted Reference Number, Tax Details etc.)

5. Preparation and support for preparation of any trackers/Google Sheets/other documents to help for easy data assimilation and response to queries for further analysis of the numbers being recorded and accounted.

6. GST Returns fi ling information for all purchases made during the month in the format as required

7. Information and reporting of any untoward/abnormal expenses being incurred at the Warehouse / Head office every month
