Job Description

Process invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) for raw materials, stores & spares, and services.
Handle invoice processing without PO, especially labour supply invoices.
Process and verify freight and logistics invoices.
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Inventory & Stock

Participate in physical stock counts and reconcile variances with system records.

Taxation

Handle basic taxation activities including GST and TDS.
Assist in tax compliance, documentation, and statutory requirements.

Audit & Compliance

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reconciliations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Employee Expenses

Verify and process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy.

Systems & Reporting

Work on SAP for financial transactions and reporting.
Use Microsoft Excel for MIS, reconciliations, and data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Skills & Competencies

Good understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST and TDS.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
ICWA Inter / MBA (Finance) candidates will be an added advantage
