Brief

We seek a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, overseeing warehouse expenses, ensuring smooth operations, and managing administrative activities like attendance and document collection for factory and warehouse workers.

Job Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of transportation data.
• Verify the inward register with GRN on ERP and highlight any discrepancies.
• Perform vendor and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain bills and supporting documents against expenses.
• Handle invoice booking, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports.
• Manage the biometric device at Bidadi — including registering new workers.
• Collect KYC documents for new joiners at Bidadi and share soft copies with HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, as the role involves working closely with Operations, Factory, and HR teams, in addition to Finance
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
