Job Description

As a Manager in the Financial Due Diligence practice at PwC, your role involves analyzing financial and non-financial information to support clients in making informed investment decisions. You will be responsible for preparing financial due diligence reports and effectively communicating findings to corporate and private equity clients. Key responsibilities are assigned based on your professional qualifications, relevant experience, Excel skills, and demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis impacting the business environment. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Understanding the due diligence process and conducting financial analysis and report writing - Guiding team members, leading FDD projects, and managing project deliverables independently - Ensuring quality service delivery aligned with client needs and priorities - Managing multiple projects, focusing on key priorities, and ensuring smooth service delivery within the defined geographical area - Developing and implementing best practices, providing expert reviews, and ensuring adherence to Deals FDD workflow protocol and tools - Participating in research approach identification and contributing to project outputs Preferred Qualifications: - Strong interest and knowledge of mergers and acquisitions - Exceptional analytical skills for identifying financial and strategic business trends - Ability to interpret and communicate implications of trends on deals effectively - Demonstrated teamwork dynamics and commitment to personal growth - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Basic Qualifications: - CA/MBA Qualification or equivalent work experience - Industry experience in sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate, or Technology - Understanding of due diligence processes and risk management procedures - Proficiency in business writing, Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools - Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and interpersonal skills for team management and client interactions Joining the PwC Financial Due Diligence practice as a Manager will provide you with an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and contribute to value creation for clients through insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations.,
