Biokraft Foods is a pioneering biotech startup working on cultivated meat development using cutting-edge 3D bioprinting technology. We are on a mission to revolutionize the food industry by creating sustainable, ethical, and high-quality cultivated meat products. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Admin & Finance Co-ordinator to join us in shaping the future of food.

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Biokraft Foods as an Admin & Finance Trainee/Intern/Executive. This role will involve managing day-to-day administration, supporting finance operations, and assisting with investor relations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
• Maintain records for office expenses, procurement, and inventory
• Assist in finance-related work such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic reporting
• Support investor relation activities
• Support preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements
• Coordinating with CS and CA for Secretarial Compliances and organizing meetings
• Support preparation of investor presentations, updates, and reports
• Track key metrics and share timely updates with internal teams and investors

Eligibility

• B.Com / MBA / CA (students currently pursuing are welcome to apply)
• 0–3 years of experience in admin, finance, or related roles
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities
