7-8 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting and implementation experience in the construction section and less on leasing
Experience in driving closure of Fit- Gap workshops with business counter parts and put objective lense on SI steering across stages - build, testing, deployment, and support.
Should able to successfully drive closure on test scripts covering functional processes validated with business owners/project managers and other business counter parts
Experienced in providing business critical understanding on cross functional areas - specifically within the Real Estate and construction sector, addressing its unique complexities across RERA, GST & TDS compliances, RA bills, rate revisions, cash flow management, project financials & cash flow reporting etc.
