About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this
critical role, you will be a key strategic partner to the business team, providing financial insights, driving key
business decisions, and supporting the achievement of ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Build strong and collaborative relationships with multiple teams and leaders (e.g. Business
teams, external stakeholders, marketing, supply, warehouse, etc) to understand business
priorities and challenges.
Proactively identify and analyze key business drivers and trends impacting Logistics
performance.
Translate business objectives into financial targets and track progress towards achieving them.
Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis to support decision-making across all
aspects of the external marketplace business.
Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets for the vertical.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze the various activites across logistics and provide solutions for the overall growth of the
company.
Prepare insightful presentations and reports to communicate financial performance and
insights.
Support the development and evaluation of new initiatives and strategies including
development of business models for such initiatives.
Conduct financial feasibility studies and business case analyses for new product launches,
marketing campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities within the business.
Responsible for the month-end close process for the business, including revenue recognition,
expense analysis, and reconciliations.
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the verticals balance sheet.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify and address any potential issues or
discrepancies.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting dashboards.
Automate routine tasks to free up time for strategic analysis.
