Finance, Bookkeeping & Accounting Manager

As a Finance & Accounting Manager at Swish Club, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all accounting operations to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Your expertise in accounting and financial management will be instrumental in driving the company's success. Here's what you can expect in this role: You will be responsible for closing the book of accounts periodically, preparing reconciliation statements, and reviewing and presenting MIS reports. Your understanding of reporting requirements, GLs, and processes will be crucial in maintaining accuracy and completeness in accounting processes. Additionally, you will ensure statutory and regulatory compliances and manage internal and external stakeholders, including audits. Key Responsibilities: - Expertly close the book of accounts periodically using Zoho - Prepare reconciliation statements and review MIS reports - Understand and fulfill reporting requirements for standalone and consolidated financials - Review GLs, LMS systems, processes, and vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws - Manage internal and external stakeholders, including audits Qualifications: - Qualified CA with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, GST, Taxation, and Bookkeeping - Expert level of knowledge in accounting using Zoho - Working knowledge in filing GST and TDS returns In addition to the challenging and rewarding responsibilities, you will be based in HSR, Bangalore (onsite) and expected to join immediately.,
