Finance Associate (FP&A)

As a Financial Performance Analyst, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of monthly packages and Management Information System (MIS) including Headcount and Revenue data - Creation of forecasts and Business review packages on a monthly and quarterly basis - Monitoring, measuring, and building management reports to assess performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Developing and maintaining finance dashboards using Power BI - Identifying trends and drivers within the business to create actionable outcomes - Collaborating with stakeholders in Finance, Business leaders, and other teams to provide insightful information for decision-making - Conducting monthly result reviews, variance analysis, and tracking project progress - Tracking and reporting staff efficiency and other productivity metrics - Presenting business performance analysis to business leaders - Performing value-add analysis to enhance business efficiency - Addressing requests related to internal and external audits - Supporting ad hoc requests, special projects, financial planning & analysis, and providing direct assistance to the Associate Director / Manager, Finance as required Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in business and financial planning within a large corporate in the service sector - Proficiency in MS Office suite, Advanced MS Excel and modeling, Power BI, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Experience in business planning, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work as a Business Partner and assist in various aspects of business planning and reporting - Process-oriented and inclined towards automation - Self-motivated and proactive in driving business objectives Additional Company Details: (No additional details were provided in the job description),
