Finance Associate - 1 or 2 years exp

Position : Finance Associate

Experience : 1 to 2 years

Qualification: B.E/ B.com

Should be strong in Maths/ calculations

Training will be given.

S/he will ideally have experience managing finance

(accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) and capital allocation for a company with multiplefunding sources.

The FA will have the following experience and attributes:

1. B.E/Bcom required

2. Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting, including fund accounting, compliance, and reporting.

3. Experience in or knowledge of capital allocation.

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

5. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, negotiating skills and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, attention to detail and organization skills.

7. Prior experience in an audit firm would be an added advantage.
