Finance & Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Person to manage our financial operations at Hotels/Restaurant, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and forecasts.
• Manage inventory records and cost control analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounts role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
