We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate

  balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash-flow records

  .
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle

  expense tracking, vendor payments, and employee salary processing

  .
• Oversee

  invoice creation, billing reconciliation, and receivable management

  .

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage

  GST/TDS filing

  , advance tax, and coordinate timely

  ITR submissions

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  Indian government accounting and statutory compliance

   (Companies Act, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government agencies for filings and audits.

Vendor & Payroll Management

• Oversee

  vendor agreements, payment schedules, and reconciliations

  .
• Administer payroll, reimbursements, and maintain employee expense records.

Global Exposure (Preferred)

• Working knowledge of

  USA and Middle East tax structures, accounting practices, or compliance norms

   is a strong advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in

  Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

   (CA/CPA/ICWA Inter preferred).
• 13 years of proven experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a fast-paced or tech/start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of

  Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks

   or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel/Google Sheets

   for financial modeling and reporting.
• Up-to-date understanding of

  Indian tax laws, GST, and TDS regulations

  .
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
