Finance & Accounts Executive

The Role

We are seeking a professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and expertise in managing end-to-end accounts receivables, along with a solid foundation in finance and data analysis.

Skills Requirements

• Strong command on bank reconciliation
• Expertise in Tally Software
• Experience with Invoicing, supplier payment, receipting
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Requirements

• Manage the complete accounts receivable process, including generating invoices based on agreements, monitoring collections, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Generate timely and accurate invoices, track collections, and address any discrepancies to ensure prompt receipt of payments.
• Assist in closing activities by preparing reconciliations, generating reports, and supporting management review processes.
• Work closely with internal departments
• Generate, analyze, and present financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow statements, to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgeting exercises, and financial modeling to support the organizations strategic goals.
• Provide accurate financial data, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Location - Santacruz West, Mumbai, India

Time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
