The Role We are seeking a professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and expertise in managing end-to-end accounts receivables, along with a solid foundation in finance and data analysis. Skills Requirements Strong command on bank reconciliation Expertise in Tally Software Experience with Invoicing, supplier payment, receipting Effective communication and presentation skills Requirements Manage the complete accounts receivable process, including generating invoices based on agreements, monitoring collections, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Generate timely and accurate invoices, track collections, and address any discrepancies to ensure prompt receipt of payments. Assist in closing activities by preparing reconciliations, generating reports, and supporting management review processes. Work closely with internal departments Generate, analyze, and present financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow statements, to support decision-making processes. Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgeting exercises, and financial modeling to support the organizations strategic goals. Provide accurate financial data, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
