Job Description

Finacle Product Engineer

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Finacle 10x or higher versions and a strong background in banking domain operations within an ITIL framework.

Key Responsibilities

Provide
production support
for Finacle applications within the
ITIL framework
Handle
deployment, customization, development, and support
activities
Perform
application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance
Ensure
resolution of incidents and service requests
within defined SLAs
Conduct
application performance tuning and optimization
Proactively monitor applications and perform
incident analysis
Manage and maintain
Finacle workflows and configurations
Handle
critical production issues
and participate in root cause analysis
Support
scheduled deployments
, including
weekend and extended-hour support
Acknowledge and act on
24x7 command center calls
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance

Technical Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience working with
Banking Clients
Strong experience in
Finacle Application Production Support
Hands-on experience with
Finacle 10x or higher versions
In-depth knowledge of
Loan Module
and its complete lifecycle
Working knowledge of other Finacle modules such as:

CASA
Interfaces
EOD / BOD

Strong experience in:

Windows & UNIX/Linux environments
Oracle Database SQL & PL/SQL

Desired Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle
critical production incidents
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in
24x7 support environments
