Job Description

You are a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management. In this role, you will work in a hybrid model during day shifts without the need for travel. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of Finacle Core solutions to meet client requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing customization and integration of Finacle Core with existing systems, providing expert guidance on Asset & Wealth Management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery, conducting testing and validation of Finacle Core implementations, monitoring system performance, and developing comprehensive documentation for product enhancements. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior team members, engage with clients for feedback, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Finacle Core functionalities, demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management processes, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, show proficiency in system integration and customization, understand regulatory requirements in the financial sector, communicate effectively, work well in a hybrid work model, have experience in leading and mentoring teams, engage with clients effectively, and commit to continuous learning and professional development. Strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful product implementations are also essential. Certifications required for this role include Finacle Core Certification and Certified Wealth Management Specialist (CWMS). Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Finacle Core and Asset & Wealth Management to ensure you are at the forefront of industry developments.,
