Job Description

Position: Filling Machine Operator – Dry Powder & Ampoule

Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor filling machines (Dry Powder & Ampoule) as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.

* Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting during production.

* Ensure accurate filling, sealing, and labeling of products while minimizing wastage.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machines and surrounding work area.

* Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

* Record production data and maintain logbooks as per GMP requirements.

* Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.

* Follow all safety protocols and report any deviations or incidents immediately.

Requirements:

* ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Science background preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Injectables preferred).

* Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in pharma industry.

* Ability to work in shifts and handle high-speed filling machinery.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.
