Job Description: Field Executives Real Estate
Role Overview: Responsible for on-ground sales, client engagement, and property site coordination to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients
Generate leads and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain client relationships
Assist with documentation and deal closure
Report daily activities to the sales manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate market
Graduate degree preferred, 1–3 years sales experience
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Compensation: Fixed salary + incentives, travel allowance, career growth opportunities
To be able to manage post sales activities till handover
