Fieldglass VMS Implementation/Solutions resources

You will be responsible for implementing new global innovative VMS/total talent solutions for clients, managing the entire life cycle of the implementation for VMS solutions. This hands-on role requires a thorough understanding of VMS solutions, including detailed configuration options. You will develop relationships with stakeholders and team members for new programs, understand their needs/expectations, map client needs with our tool capabilities, and work with technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the implementation addresses the current goals & objectives for the VMS solution. - Develop relationships with stakeholders and team members for new programs - Map client needs with our tool capabilities and work with technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience - Understand current goals & objectives for the VMS solution and ensure the implementation addresses them - Conduct a detailed requirement analysis of clients" current state and map our solution's capabilities to meet their desired state - Drive industry best practices and align client requirements with standard configurations - Identify any gaps in the VMS solutions early and work with technical teams to deliver customizations within realistic timelines - Implement first generation or second/third generation programs, including complex global solutions that require engagement with global stakeholders - Possess excellent analytical and communication skills - Work on tight timelines to deliver quality contingent workforce solutions - Handle multiple implementations simultaneously - Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, science, or technology - Prefer PMP certification If you possess a minimum of 4-5 years" experience in implementing contingent labor VMS solutions, have the ability to work effectively on tight timelines, and experience with implementing SOW solutions would be desirable. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously would be advantageous for this role.,
