Field Training Manager

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a dedicated Field Training Manager to join our team in Madurai on a full-time basis. As a Field Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and conducting training sessions for our field staff. Your responsibilities will include assessing training needs, implementing training programs, and executing effective training strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in coaching the sales team, monitoring their progress, and ensuring that training objectives are successfully met. The ideal candidate for this role should possess skills in Training & Development, a deep understanding of Training techniques, and a demonstrated track record in Field Training and Sales. You should have strong coaching abilities to effectively mentor staff, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to design and implement training programs. Previous experience in conducting training sessions for field staff would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is required.
