Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform site installation, servicing, and repairs of equipment, systems, or components.
Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation of work completed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for spare parts, materials, and scheduling.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
Test equipment and systems after repair to ensure proper functionality.
Train end-users on basic operation and maintenance of systems (if required).
