Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:

Install and commission architectural and electrified hardware at client sites as per standards and checklists.
Ensure accurate door preparation and coordinate with OEMs as per project requirements.
Attend breakdown calls and service requests within agreed response times.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections of installed hardware at various sites and lab equipment.
Maintain accurate service reports and provide recommendations for parts change or new product replacement.
Train end users and site staff on safe operation and maintenance of Installed hardware.
Co-ordination with sales/back office for scheduling, spare parts and escalation.
Interpret test plans and reliability project orders with minimal direction from Test Engineers.
Perform product tests adhering to established test methods and schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation requirements in the lab and at project sites.
Promote adherence to 5S standards and housekeeping in the lab and field environments.
