Field Tech Support Engineer

2-4 years experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, networking/configurations, and other IT-related knowledge The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing prompt and effective support to users, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, handling software, hardware, and network-related queries. Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role Should be able to diagnose an issues to resolve at own end. Should be able to install and configure operating systems and other applications. Should know perfectly troubleshooting, installation, & etc. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, memory, hard drives, and peripherals. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
