Field Supervisor

Job Title: Field Supervisor – Operations

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites located on the Harbour Line and Central Line. The ideal candidate should be experienced in supervising field staff, managing client requirements, and ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of field staff at multiple locations.
• Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and performance of on-ground personnel.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address daily operational needs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower deployment and site activities.
• Manage stock of consumables and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols at all sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field supervision or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel daily between sites across Harbour and Central Lines.
• Basic knowledge of facility management or housekeeping services preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative on-site.

Education:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates preferred.

Additional Details:

• Work Mode: On-field (not office-based)
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off or as per site schedule)
• Reporting To: Area Manager / Operations Head

Note: This position requires physical presence at client sites and is ideal for candidates residing in or near Harbour Line or Central Line locations.
