Field Staff Executive

1. Lead Generation & Field Activities

• Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers and promote the company’s offerings.
• Generate quality leads through direct marketing, field campaigns, and networking.
• Distribute marketing materials and participate in on-ground promotional activities.

2. Sales Support

• Provide accurate information about products/services to prospective customers.
• Assist the sales team in converting leads into admissions/sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to close deals on time.

3. Market Research & Reporting

• Collect and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily visit reports, lead status, and activity updates to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation of leads and field activities.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and partners.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination for inquiries and follow-ups.

5. Branding & Outreach

• Support in organizing field events, seminars, and outreach programs.
• Ensure proper brand visibility in assigned areas through posters, banners, and other promotional tool

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
